Not much progress this week....for the second week in a row I didn't lose any weight. I did try to eat more whole grains and I successfully increased my speed while taking my daily walk with Ryan. But since it was my birthday I think I indulged more than usual on desserts and other greasy/unhealthy foods. Time to step things up this week!

Food Goal: No desserts! This is a tough goal for me. But I've been eating too much sugar lately, so I'm cutting it out for the week. Wish me luck!
Fitness Goal: Daily walks at an increased speed while wearing my ankle weights. Now I just need to go find them......
