It was really nice to sit down and eat a meal without having a little boy climbing all over me, ripping out my hair. Of course we missed him, and some tears were definitely shed by him while we were gone. It's hard for me to leave Ryan for very long, since I'm still breastfeeding and he won't take a bottle. But I'm glad we got to enjoy a few hours off!

Big Night Out
Adam and I had our first "big night out" last weekend....first one since Ryan was born! We went to Adam's annual work party in Pleasanton. Here we are before the big party. I also got my hair trimmed that day!It was really nice to sit down and eat a meal without having a little boy climbing all over me, ripping out my hair.
